Steve Anderson joined Sams & Associates in 2008. After successfully operating his own adjusting company for nineteen years, Anderson Claims Service, Inc. was purchased by and merged with Sams & Associates. Steve has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from North Park College in Chicago, Illinois. His insurance career started with Allstate Insurance Company where he worked for seven years in adjusting, management and administrative roles. He also worked for LJR Adjusting Company as a Regional Manager. Steve has experience in all phases of adjusting, TPA administration, fraud investigation, Workers Compensation, and claims training and certification. He is the Past President of the California Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, Affiliated Adjusters, and Western States RVP for the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters. Steve enjoys golf, bike riding, sports, and spending time with his wife and two children. Steve can be reached at our San Ramon office.
Renee Bechthold joined Sams and Associates / York Field Services in 2015 as a litigation specialist and liability adjuster. Renee attended the State University of New York and California State University Sacramento (CSUS), and has obtained several insurance designations, including Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Associate in Management (AIM). Renee specializes in negotiation techniques that provide proven results in all lines of business. She has extensive experience in management, training, and regulatory compliance in commercial lines and personal lines insurance and is able to handle claims at all levels of complexity. She has worked for CSAA, The Hartford, and most recently as Asst Branch Manager at Esurance. Renee has been an instructor for the Insurance Education Association and an Arbitrator on the Inter-Company Arbitration panel, and is currently a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Renee is based out of our Granite Bay office.
John Belton returned to Sams & Associates in 2010 with 14 years of adjusting experience. He was previously with Sams & Associates from 2003 to 2006 as a multi-line adjuster. John attended California State University at Sacramento (CSUS) as a business major. He began his claims career with Progressive Insurance in 1997 as an auto adjuster and moved to first-party property claims with Travelers Insurance in 1999. For the last 4 years he was with Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company honing his impressive skills as a very large loss adjuster in the 12 western states, routinely handling claims up to $5,000,000 in exposure. John is a multi-line adjuster residing in Pasadena, CA.
Mike Bentz joined Sams & Associates in 2015 as a liability adjuster handling mediations and settlement conferences. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Business / Organizational Communication from California State University, Sacramento. He also attended the Insurance Institute of America and has his Associates in Claims. Mike has been with the York organization for the last six years serving as the Assistant Vice President of Claims. Mike began his insurance career over 35 years as a multiline adjuster. Mike’s experience includes time as a Regional Liability Specialist, Regional Liability Manager as well as a Branch Claims Manager until he joined Allied / CalFarm Insurance in 1998 as Assistant Vice President of Claims and Director of Casualty Claims. He spent the last several years as a Team Manager and Quality Assurance Leader for The Hardford as well as Zurich North America. Mike is based out of the Granite Bay office.
Lisa Bonev joined Sams in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. Lisa graduated in 2006 with a BA in Communication Studies, with a concentration in Intercultural Communication. While attending college, she spent several years working in the Telecommunications industry. Following graduation, she (along with her husband) owned and operated an indoor soccer facility in Cincinnati for almost 6 years until its sale in 2012. She spends most of her free time with her husband and her 2 young sons. Lisa is based out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay, CA.
Amy Bonton joined Sams & Associates in January 2015 as an Inside Desk Adjuster. Amy brings with her an extensive claims background handling all types of property and casualty losses. She began her insurance career at CSAA working as a Casualty Adjuster until moving to CSE where she worked for the last 14 years. Amy joined as a Casualty Adjuster and completed her tenure as a Senior Property Claims Examiner. She is very active with volunteer work and enjoys volunteering at her daughters’ school as often as possible. For many years Amy was a team leader organizing a team of volunteers for projects through the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation. She is also very active in the Making Strides against Breast Cancer walk, often organizing groups of walkers and raising funds for the cause. Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, two dogs, and two cats. They enjoy the outdoors with frequent hikes along the American River and trips to the beach as often as possible. Amy is based out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Ted Brown joined Sams & Associates in 2008 as a multi-line adjuster. He graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Ted began his insurance career at California Casualty, mostly handling auto claims. Since leaving California Casualty over 20 years ago, Ted has been an independent adjuster handling property and liability claims in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Ted is an avid reader and has a strong passion for working in politics.
Kelly Bruner returned to Sams & Associates in 2011 with 17 years of adjusting experience and 20 years overall in the insurance industry. Kelly was previously with Sams & Associates from 1999-2004, handling G.L. claims and managing the Bay Area region. Kelly began her career working for Progressive Companies as an Auto Claims Adjuster and later moved into General Liability with AIG. She remained on the carrier side of the industry with Cal Farm/Allied/Nationwide before making the switch to independent adjusting in 1999. Kelly is a past president of the East Bay Claims Association, served as Adjuster Liaison for the Association of Defense Counsel, and served as the Speaker Chair for the CCNC in 2009. Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from Cal Polytechnic University, Pomona. She enjoys spending time outdoors, and is an avid camper. She is also an animal rescue advocate and spends most of her free time caring for her own rescues, which includes four dogs, a cat and two goats. Kelly is a remote adjuster based out of her home in Santa Rosa, CA.
Darla Burr joined Sams & Associates in October, 2014 as an Administrative Assistant. She graduated in June 2014 from UC Davis with a BA in Psychology, and minors in English, Education, and History. Additionally, Darla has an extensive background working with children and doing volunteer work. While enrolled in Solano College and working toward her Associates degrees, she logged upwards of 300 hours of community/volunteer services working in her mother’s daycare and in local elementary schools. Her optimism and dedication to hard work and extensive background in education are a welcome addition to our team. She spends her days with her husband and her four step-sons. They enjoy walking their dogs and are avid Batman fans. Darla is based out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay, CA.
Michelle Cardinale joined Sams & Associates in 2015 as a multiline adjuster. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State East Bay. Michelle brings over 20 years of claims handling experience. She started her career with CSAA – California State Automobile Association handling auto and liability claims. Over the last 14 years she has worked for Allstate, Liberty Mutual, and Travelers Insurance Co. handling residential, commercial and farm property losses. Michelle is based out of our Granite Bay office and services the surrounding areas where she resides in Tracy, Ca with her 2 daughters, 2 dogs and 1 cat.
Jeremy Cargile joined Sams & Associates in 2010. He began his career in 2002 as a real estate home inspector providing whole-house inspections for home buyers before transitioning into property claims adjusting. He has serviced claims for multiple carriers throughout California as an independent adjuster, as well as storm assignments out of state. Jeremy received his home inspection certification from the California Contractor’s State Licensing School in 2002 and is currently working on his AIC certification. He enjoys restoring vintage jukeboxes and volunteering for the local elementary school where his wife teaches. Jeremy is based in the Sacramento area at our headquarters in Granite Bay.
Jim DeVard joined Sams & Associates in 2005. His career began in 1960 when he spent five years as a Title Officer. He then began working for CSE Insurance Group handling property and liability claims. Jim remained at CSE for 37 years. For 14 years he served as Regional Vice President responsible for claims in six western states. Jim also spent six years as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Jim's expertise is in liability and litigation management. He is an avid golfer and an avid grandfather. Jim is based out of our corporate office in Granite Bay.
John Dobrinski joined Sams & Associates / York Field Services in 2015 as a multiline adjuster. John attended Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois and majored in Business Management. He is a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. His insurance career started with Bankers Life & Casualty in Chicago handling accident and health claims. John then moved his family to California. Most of his claim experience came as a claim administrator, TPA administrator and branch manager for over 30 years with a large IA firm covering Ventura, San Luis Obispo and Bay areas. John has experience in all phases of adjusting, TPA administration and medical malpractice. John enjoys bike riding, sports, and spending time with his wife, four grown children and two grandchildren. John is based out of our San Ramon office in California.
Patricia (Patty) Elizondo joined Sams & Associates in 2015 as a General Adjuster. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Patty began her insurance career as a Casualty Adjuster and moved up to a General Adjuster. She has worked as an independent adjuster for 12 years. Patty was also a Claims Manager for a small insurance company specializing in the sale of commercial lines policies. She has her adjuster’s license in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. She has two children. Her son is a doctor and her daughter is a Kindergarten teacher. In her spare time she raises her Yorkies, loves to travel, to cook and to read. Patty is based out of San Diego.
Donna Erickson joined Sams & Associates / York Field Services in 2015 as a CSR. She comes to us as a former Client Services Program Specialist with a County Health and Human Services Department Medical Clinic. During her time as a Client Services Program Specialist she processed medical referrals and verified insurance eligibility for vendors and specialists while providing great customer service. She has previous experience as a Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician, Estimator and Project Manager for Restoration Companies. Donna spent several years as Accounts Payable for a large Medical Group and has owned multiple home based businesses. She has successfully raised two children and her favorite place to relax with her husband is Kings Beach in California. Donna based out of our headquarters in Granite Bay, CA.
Carlos Espinoza joined Sams & Associates in 2015 as a Liability Adjuster. Carlos attended and Graduated from St. Mary’s College, with a Degree in Administration of Justice and achieved Certified Paralegal status. He is a retired Police Officer. Carlos combined is criminal investigative techniques with the civil litigation training and experience to become a well-versed insurance investigator and litigation assistant. As a result, he handles a multitude of auto liability, general liability and litigation files. Additionally, he handles Mandatory Settlement Conferences and mediations. Carlos has over 28 years of experience in insurance claims; both inside insurance companies, including The Hartford Insurance Company and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, and independent adjusting firms. He is a past Board of Director with the East Bay Claims Association and has spoken at various events on the topics of claims investigations. Carlos worked for 3 years with an insurance defense Law firm where in 1985 he assisted in the published decision which brought the Independent Adjuster into the “business of insurance” under Section 790.3 of the Insurance Code. Carlos works out of his office covering Discovery Bay and the surrounding territory.
Darci Federoff joined Sams & Associates in 2003 as a clerical support person for our administrative team processing insurance claims reports, typing and accounts receivable. Darci has two daughters and is a proud grandmother to her 1-year-old granddaughter, Jayden. She is also an active volunteer for Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue. She is based in our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Gil Finney joined Sams & Associates in 2007. He worked for Langhammer & Associates in San Diego for 31 years and prior to that he worked for Royal Insurance Company. He is a General Adjuster specializing in large residential and complex Commercial property losses. He has worked on several large catastrophes, including the 2003 and 2007 San Diego wild fires, which came within blocks of his home. Gil is based in San Diego.
Donna Friedman joined Sams & Associates in 2013. She graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Donna has over 40 years of property and casualty experience. She started with Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company as a claims representative and over the years has worked as a senior litigation examiner and claims supervisor. She lives in a small coastal town near San Luis Obispo, CA and enjoys working with her horses and being involved with her adopted family.
Rosie Gamboa joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2015 as an administrative assistant. She brings extensive business and customer service experience to her role at York / Sams where she provides support services to the operations staff. Rosie continues to grow her skill set assisting our business development and claims logistics teams while attending school and working for a real estate company, Capitol Crown. When she is not in school or working diligently at York / Sams and Capitol Crown, Rosie likes to do hot yoga, play with her dog Dakota, and spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys volunteering at the hospital whenever time permits. Rosie works out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Lisa Gray joined Sams & Associates in 2013. Lisa attended Mt. San Antonio College as a Criminal Justice major and began her insurance career as a property damage adjuster with Commercial Union. She then worked as an estimator for a contents restoration company and insurance restoration contractor before returning to adjusting multi-line claims with Peter Corrick & Associates. Lisa is a past president of the San Fernando Valley Adjuster’s Association and enjoys golf, gardening and camping. Lisa is a multi-line adjuster based out of Southern California.
Jan Jarman joined Sams & Associates in 2012 as the bookkeeper in the accounting department. She graduated from MPC with a degree in accounting and has worked in banking, sales, real estate, and has been an independent business owner. Since moving to the Sacramento region, she has specialized in doing accounting for several small businesses. Before coming to work with Sams & Associates, she was a Certified Consultant for an accounting software program used by travel agencies. This association with the travel industry has afforded her the opportunity to travel the world extensively. She still holds that certification, plus a California Real Estate broker license. She is very fortunate to have all three of her grown daughters living in this area with their families and enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren. She loves traveling, reading, laughing and enjoying life. Jan is based in our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Geoff Jolliff joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2011 and, after a brief hiatus, returned in 2015. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Ball State University, Muncie, IN. Geoff has a diverse background that includes property claims handling, vendor management, training, marketing and IT, especially graphic design. He was a combat medic in the Ohio Army National Guard. He began his insurance career in 2002 with Farmers Insurance where he quickly rose to the position of vendor manager and headed up the newly created Farmers Flooring Program for Northern California. When Geoff left Farmers he was a Mid Loss Team adjuster. In 2005 he moved to AAA as a field property adjuster. During his time at AAA he volunteered for CAT duty in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. For several years he held positions on the board of Sacramento Claims Association. He also worked 2 years with JM Environmental, and is IICRC certified in Fire & Smoke Restoration. Geoff loves visiting the wine producing regions of California and is an avid film buff. He is based out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Jim Krueger joined Sams & Associates in 2010 as a Senior General Adjuster and, after a brief hiatus, returned to Sams & Associates in 2015. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from the University of Nevada, Reno. Jim has extensive large loss and complex claim handling experience. He began his insurance career in 1996 with State Farm, working as a multi-line adjuster; soon after he started he became a catastrophe adjuster working all over the United States. His State Farm career ended as a property adjuster in the Reno-Tahoe area. In 2005, Jim took a position as a Branch Claims Supervisor in the Sacramento area with Farmers Insurance. He moved back out to the field in 2007 as a Large Loss Senior General Adjuster with Farmers Insurance. Jim is the proud father of his six-year-old daughter, loves the great outdoors, and is an avid runner, golfer, and bicyclist. He is well connected in the Northern California insurance community. Jim resides in the greater Sacramento area.
Bob Lund joined Sams & Associates in 1995 and is the company’s Chief Operating Officer and CFO. He began his claims career in 1989. His experience includes auto and general liability, and property claims. He was previously with Progressive Companies, including National Continental Insurance and United Financial Adjusting, with an emphasis in trucking and rental car losses, and litigated large loss claims. Bob spent thirteen years in the restaurant industry before changing careers. In addition to his duties in IT and finance, Bob manages the TPA account for the California Dept of Veterans Affairs’ Home Loan and Protection Unit. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Humboldt State University. Bob is also the manager for our fraud prevention and private investigation company, Sams Investigations Unlimited, Inc. (SIU), California PI # 22240. He is a past president of The Property Forum of Northern California. He enjoys drumming in the worship bands at his church. Bob is based out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Teresa Mac joined Sams & Associates in 2015 as a Property General Adjuster. She graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree and began her insurance career as a commercial property adjuster. She is a multi-line adjuster with a specialty in large commercial property losses. She handles both personal and commercial lines. Teresa has worked for the Hartford and CNA handling commercial claims as a field specialist. She has also done independent adjusting work, specializing in large losses prior to joining Sam’s & Associates. Teresa enjoys the outdoors, skiing, camping, beaches, traveling and fun in the sun with friends and family. Teresa is based in Southern California.
Kristin Maddox joined Sams & Associates in 2008 as part of our CSR inside staff (Claims Service Representatives). She has extensive administrative experience and worked for Saturn for five years. She has AA degrees in General Business, Liberal Arts and Deaf Studies from Sierra College. She also graduated Cum Laude from CSUS with a BA in Deaf Studies. She enjoys American Sign Language, learning about Deaf culture and working with the Deaf community. She participated in the Adopt-A-Family Program (a program that adopted 15-20 local families and provided them with food, clothes and gifts) for the Sullivan Automotive Group and actively participated in monthly fundraisers. Kristin works in our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Michael Manning joined Sams & Associates in 2014 as a multi-line adjuster. He graduated from Spring Hill College with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Michael returned to the San Francisco Bay Area and California claims in 2012 after a nine year absence. When Michael left the Bay Area, it was to fulfill a volunteer assignment in Georgia. After that assignment ended, he joined an IA firm in Atlanta for six years which specialized in residential claims with an occasional truck accident emergency scene investigation. Michael is a 15-year veteran of a well-known TPA firm, starting in their Modesto office before transferring into the Bay Area. He was trained in both residential and commercial loss claims handling and was also an account adjuster for a theme park working within their SIR. With his time attending company training schools and his AIC certification, he is well-versed in claims handling. Michael brings over 23 years of experience in multi-line claims handling. Michael is a remote adjuster based out of Concord.
Kelly Miller joined Sams and Associates in 2014 as a Claims Service Representative (CSR). She graduated from CSUS with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Child Development and a Minor in Counseling. Right out of school, Kelly took a job as a preschool teacher and worked her way up to a leadership role as an assistant principal. Kelly then switched industries and became an administrative assistant for a financial advising firm. Following her time working in a numbers driven and very detail oriented environment, Kelly arrived at Sams & Associates. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys being outdoors, cooking and trying new restaurants. Kelly is based out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Lisa Morris joined Sams & Associates in 2012 as an administrative assistant. She graduated from CSU Sacramento in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, a minor in Spanish and a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. While substitute teaching and tutoring in Sacramento, her love for the outdoors led her to a job at REI. Lisa honed her customer service skills by working at places such as Starbucks, Mimi’s Cafe and Longs Drugs. She ran her first half marathon last year, is an avid reader with a sweet tooth and loves many different genres of music. Lisa is based out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
John Mueller joined Sams & Associates in 2013. John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also earned his JD from Golden Gate University School of Law. John brings over 20 years of Commercial and Personal Lines property claims handling experience, which includes (6) years as Property Claims Supervisor with Allied / Nationwide Insurance. The last 2 ½ years at Golden Eagle / Liberty Mutual Insurance, John exclusively handled a variety of commercial claims including large fire and water losses, business income interruption, inland marine, and theft and vandalism claims. His CAT adjusting experience during Hurricane Katrina, while in New Orleans, included handling over 50 claims with extraordinary customer service and efficiency. John earned his IICRC certification for Water Damage Restoration. He enjoys golfing and barbecuing. John is based in the San Diego area but covering the greater Southern California region.
Kirt Murotsune joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2015 as a Senior Property Adjuster. Kirt has a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from San Jose State University. He started his insurance career in 1989 at State Farm Insurance in the San Francisco Bay Area as a property claim representative. He then worked at Travelers handling personal and commercial property claims until moving to Mercury Insurance to handle first party homeowners claims. Kirt is based out of San Jose and covers surrounding areas.
Dominic Musolino joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2015 as an administrative assistant through the Granite Bay High School internship program. Dominic is currently enrolled at Sierra College and is majoring in Business administration. He plans on bringing his past knowledge of business and accounting to his role at Sams / York where he provides support services to our operations staff. He continually works to further his knowledge and skill set with assisting our business development and claims logistics team. Dominic works out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
J. Christopher (Chris) Orr joined Sams & Associates in 2014. He attended CSULB studying Criminal Justice. Upon graduating, he worked various jobs before starting his insurance career at State Farm in 2000. Following his time at State Farm as a Senior Claims Adjuster, Chris joined AAA handling property claims. After his time with AAA, Chris joined the independent adjusting world working as a Claims Adjuster and General Adjuster handling property and liability claims. For the last 14 years he has worked in the insurance field and currently resides in Upland CA with a beautiful wife, two daughters (four and one) and an American Eskimo dog. In his free time he is frequently at the park with the kids or watching "Blues Clues.
Brian Pfeifer joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2015 as a Senior Property Adjuster. He brings with him 27 years of claim handling experience. Brian obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University. He began his career as a multi-line adjuster with North Pacific Insurance in Portland, OR. He worked for one company going through a series of acquisitions until finally becoming Liberty Mutual Insurance. Brian spent several years in management as a unit leader, supervising five multi-line field adjusters in Oregon. The 8 years prior to joining Sams / York he was a Senior Property Claims Specialist with Liberty Mutual handling commercial property claims. Brian was born and raised in the Portland Metro area, and now resides in Corvallis, OR with his wife of 26 years, Laura, and his daughter, Lindsay. He is an avid Oregon State Beaver fan, and enjoys fly fishing, golf, and camping with family and friends.
Bobby Phillips joined Sams & Associates in 2012 as Vice President of Business Development. He has an Associate’s Degree in Business from Western Nebraska Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Electronic Media from Western Carolina University. Bobby graduated in 1998 where he played collegiate basketball for the Catamounts. He continued his career playing professionally in Belgium and Austria. After playing overseas, Bobby joined Maloof Sports and Entertainment where he established strong relationships and was actively involved in the community, with such organizations as the Children’s Miracle Network, Susan G. Komen Sacramento Chapter and the March of Dimes. Having served as the Director of Group Sales for the Sacramento Kings, Bobby worked for over 10 years in areas such as Services, Premium Sales and Group Sales. After his time with the Maloof’s he relocated to Atlanta for the opportunity to lead the sales and customer service efforts for the professional Women’s National Basketball Association franchise, the Atlanta Dream serving as the Director of Ticket Sales and Services. Having worked with Maloof Sports and Entertainment and leading the sales efforts for the Atlanta Dream, Bobby worked for Bank of America overseeing high valued customers in addition to the marketing and business development for Creagh and Associates. With such a diverse and extensive background, Bobby brings a wealth of client centered, business development experience to Sams & Associates. Bobby is based out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Chris Preecha joined Sams & Associates in 2014 as a multiline adjuster. He attended California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Chris brings over 8 years of claims adjusting experience handling property and liability. Some of Chris’s specialties include mobile homes/parks, HOA’s, property and general liability. He holds and maintains licensing in Texas, California, Georgia, Louisiana, Florida, Alabama, Nevada and Mississippi. He began his insurance career at Travelers handling residential and commercial property claims in 2005. Chris joined York Risk Services Group in 2007 as a Multi-line Adjuster. He has worked several catastrophes during his career including Hurricane Katrina and the Sayre Fire. Chris also attends mediations and settlement conferences at the request of our clients. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and watching sports. Chris resides in the greater Los Angeles area and handles claims throughout Central and Southern California.
Don Queen joined Sams & Associates in 2009 and is an experienced liability adjuster. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. Before Don joined Sams he was president of County Line Claims Service based in Los Angeles for 30 years. Don is past president of the California Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and past vice president of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters. He is an avid tennis player and has raced vintage race cars for 30 years on all of the west coast tracks. Don is based out of our Sacramento headquarters in Granite Bay.
Scott Rew first joined Sams & Associates in 2007 and returned to Sams in 2013 after serving as Property Claims Manager for an independent adjusting company. He graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. Scott began his insurance career at Farmers as a property claims supervisor. From Farmers, Scott moved to Golden Eagle Insurance, handling commercial and personal lines property, contractor's equipment and Inland Marine claims. During his time at Golden Eagle, Scott also served as Lead Administrator for the golf course claims program, handling all losses involving golf courses and country clubs. He loves snowboarding, golf, fishing and camping and spending time with his three children. Scott is a resident adjuster based out of his home in Riverside California.
Dan Richardson joined Sams & Associates in 2010 is a property adjuster, bringing with him 22 years of contracting experience. He spent 14 of those years as the owner of Richardson Roofing. Dan holds a California Independent Adjuster’s license, is farmer certified, USA certified, and rope and harness certified. In 1992, Dan began rice farming and farms about 260 acres in Sutter County. Dan loves horseback riding and riding dirt bikes with his 2 boys. Dan is based out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay, CA.
Mary Rossi joined Sams in 2014. Mary graduated from Delta College before starting her career as an independent adjuster. After working in the field for 5 years, she transitioned over to the carrier side where she spent the next 18 years handling all aspects of auto liability, general liability, commercial liability and litigation for carriers such as Maryland Casualty/Zurich, Reliance Insurance and Farmers. Mary was with Farmers Insurance for 13 years where she was a large loss adjuster with National Liability Claims, handling a mix of litigation and non-litigation. She has extensive experience in litigation management and has worked with numerous attorneys, both plaintiff and defense, arbitrators, mediators, experts and judges. She is well versed in many venues in Northern California and the majority of the claims she handled were high exposure claims. Mary has a love of horses, lives on a ranch in Northern California and raises and rides cutting horses. Mary is based in the Sacramento area at our headquarters in Granite Bay.
Don Sams founded Sams & Associates in 1990 in Emeryville, CA. Don began his career as an independent claims adjuster in 1976 with Crawford & Company in Chicago, before coming to California. In 1978 he joined Brown Brothers Adjusters in Sacramento. He was Senior Vice President when he left Brown Brothers Adjusters following the sale to Frank B. Hall. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University with a major in Business Administration. Don has two children and resides in Granite Bay, working out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Nat Sangha joined the Sams & Associates team in September of 2013. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an option in Management from California State University, Fresno. He brings almost 13 years of personal lines and commercial property claims experience and started his career in claims with Farmers Insurance. He has worked throughout California in various claims departments with Farmers Insurance, including personal lines property claims, mold claims, and commercial property claims. He was a first responder when Hurricane Ike hit Houston, TX. He spent several weeks in Houston handling commercial property CAT claims. He enjoys traveling locally and abroad whenever possible. He resides in Fresno, CA and serves our customers in the Central Valley and surrounding areas.
Carol Schalla joined Sams in October 2008 with our acquisition of Anderson Claims Services. She has an extensive background in business, holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley, and is the administrative professional in our San Ramon office.
Mandi Smith joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2008 as a CSR until 2010 where she transitioned to Executive Assistant to the President / Business Development Manager. She went to CSU Sacramento for Communications with a minor in Business Administration. Prior to York Field Services / Sams & Associates she worked for the Sullivan Automotive Group for over three years in Service & Parts as well as the business office. While at Sullivan, she managed the Adopt-A-Families Program; a program that adopted 15-20 local families and provided them with food, clothes and gifts as well as managing the monthly fundraisers. Since joining York / Sams, Mandi works with Don Sams on day-to-day, business development and project management. She has also become very active with several associations. She is a member of IBA Sacramento (Independent Agents and Brokers Association), IIABCal (Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California) & NAIP or IPS for the local chapter (National Association of Insurance Professionals). Within these associations she serves on the Emerging Leaders Committee for IBA and on the California State Meeting Committee for NAIP and was nominated and accepted as Treasurer for IPS in 2014. She spends her spare time with her nieces and nephew when she is not traveling and enjoys fostering kittens. Mandi is based out of our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Glenn Smyth joined Sams and Associates in 2004. Glenn has worked for several insurance carriers including Mercury insurance. He specializes in casualty losses, auto liability, and all types of injury claims. Glenn is also experienced in mediations and arbitrations, settlement conference and has been involved in the claims administration of public and private entities. Glenn enjoys living by the beach in sunny Oceanside, serving not only the San Diego region but all of Southern California.
Krista Sutkus joined Sams & Associates in 2013 as our Comptroller. She is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Financial Real Estate. She began her accounting career in 1995 with a manufacturing company in Southern California. She quickly worked her way up to Controller of that company before relocating to Colorado with her husband, who is in the insurance claims industry. While there, Krista worked in accounting roles for a DNA lab and a homeowner’s association. Upon returning with her family to Northern California she worked for a variety of large real estate developers during the housing boom including Centex, Lakemont & John Laing Homes. Krista brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge of budgeting, cash controls, financial analysis, project management, bank relations and general accounting excellence. She is based in our headquarters near Sacramento.
Kaity Taylor joined Sams & Associates in 2004 part-time as an administrative assistant while still attending college full time. She graduated from CSUS with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Kaity is now full-time with Sams as a Lead Administrator. Kaity fosters kittens for the Placer SPCA and volunteers at their shelter. Recently, she became a volunteer for a disaster relief organization that rescues animals. Kaity works out of our Sacramento headquarters in Granite Bay.
Marc Venuti joined Sams & Associates in 2013. Marc has a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from San Jose State University. He started his insurance career in 1989 at State Farm Insurance in the San Francisco Bay Area as a property and casualty adjuster and then as a Claim Superintendent. He then worked at Foremost/Farmers handling property claims and CAT hurricane losses in Florida and the Gulf states. After his time at Foremost/Farmers, he worked at Travelers Insurance handling residential and commercial losses and Allied Nationwide as a property large loss adjuster. Marc enjoys skiing and being outdoors. He resides in San Jose with his wife .
Jacob Villanueva joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2015 as a senior claims adjuster. He started in the industry with Allied Insurance in 2008 as an auto adjuster where he was quickly recognized as a top performer for his customer service. Over the last 5 years he worked for Travelers Insurance in residential and commercial claims. During that time, he spent a month on a CAT team for Hurricane Sandy and has assisted in training and mentoring new adjusters. Jacob enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and appreciating nature. He is based just outside of Fresno, CA.
John Weber joined Sams & Associates team in 2002. He began handling both commercial and residential property insurance claims as an estimator for Pacific Restoration in 2000. John has over seven years' experience as a contractor, primarily as a project manager for environmental testing sites. John has a B.S. degree from University of San Francisco in Organizational Behavior. John enjoys music, theater, film and exercise, and is generally considered one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He is married and lives in Concord. John is based in our San Roman office, covering the entire Bay Area region.
Jerry Wells joined Sams & Associates in 1993. He has had a diversified insurance experience since 1962 with a unique blend of multi-line claims and agency skills. He handles all forms of commercial and homeowners property and liability claims, including large losses. Previously, Jerry was Regional Claims Manager with Royal Insurance and owner of a successful insurance brokerage firm in the Truckee. He is a co-founder of Truckee River Bank, an avid golfer, and resides with his wife on a golf course in Cameron Park. Jerry is a Registered Professional Adjuster and serves as Regional Manager in our corporate headquarters in Granite Bay.
Mike Zittle joined Sams & Associates in 2013 as a property adjuster. Mike graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. He has an extensive background in the residential and commercial construction industry, and worked as a certified welder for several years before finishing his formal education. After graduating from college, he went to work at Powers & Company in 1993 as an insurance broker, specializing in commercial insurance for building contractors. In 2004, he joined the CAT team for Allied Insurance through Pilot Catastrophe and worked on hurricanes such as Charley, Frances, Jeanne and Katrina. Mike spent several months working on Hurricane Katrina and specialized in large losses and DOI complaints. Mike then worked on daily property and casualty claims for the past 6 years with Eagle Adjusting, Professional Claims Representatives and Aspen Claims Services. Mike enjoys riding motorcycles and road racing his Corvette on local west coast tracks. Mike is based out of the Sacramento/Red Bluff area.
Steven “Doc” Cribbett joined the Sams team in 2013 as a Multi-Line adjuster. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Allied Health Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. His degree in Health Administration was instrumental in him helping launch one of the now largest Ambulance Corporations in Oklahoma. Steve’s insurance career began at an independent adjusting firm in Phoenix, AZ in 1989. He soon relocated to Los Angeles, CA for heavier exposure in casualty and property claims. Two years later, Steve was chosen for his company’s accelerated “Career Path Management” program along with 15 other nationally selected candidates. Steve had a big part in helping develop the nation’s largest Branch Office to assist the administration of the largest class action lawsuit settlement in U.S. history (August 1995) regarding the Polybutylene Plastic Plumbing. As a result of Steve’s heavy involvement, he was then sought by several of the largest REITs in the U.S. as a consultant regarding their multi-family properties undergoing massive re-pipes to accommodate large scale construction repair schedules, tenant relocation strategies while mitigating client’s loss of business. His insurance experience includes HO, Surplus & Excess, BOP, CP, FRS, OCIP, HOA, and Manuscript type policies relative to respective CC&Rs, Single, Double & Triple Net Lease Agreements, among other things. Musically, Steve was considered a prodigy and began receiving outstanding musician awards at age 14 as a jazz drummer and percussionist. He has been blessed to perform through his musical career on stage with numerous jazz, blues, and rock band legends. Steve is based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Marcia Gelon joined Sams & Associates in 2012 with 23 years of property adjusting experience. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico and additional training and a certification from Vale Technical Institute. For the past four years, Marcia has traveled extensively for Kemper Insurance as a large loss General Adjuster. Although Marcia was located in Southern California for the past 24 years she has recently relocated to the Phoenix area and loves it. Marcia holds licenses in various states and has handled numerous catastrophes across the country. Her catastrophe work includes the Northridge earthquake, San Bruno gas explosion, Hurricanes Opal, Fran, and Gustav. Marcia works and resides in Phoenix and enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in outdoor activities.
Rob Jankowski joined Sams & Associates as a property and liability adjuster in 2011. He graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Rob has 30 years of adjusting experience including 11 years working for Travelers Insurance Company and Farmers Insurance Group. He has Arizona and Nevada resident adjuster licenses and is a Kingman/Cerbat Justice Court Certified Mediator. He loves photography and is a professional photographer. Rob is based in Kingman, AZ, and services NW Arizona and Las Vegas, NV.
David Poon joined Sams in 2011. David has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern State University majoring in English Literature and minoring in Business Administration. He began his claims career in 2003 by joining the Farmers Insurance Group’s National Catastrophe Center. After a few years on the road he became a local area field adjuster for American Family Insurance. David has extensive experience handling first party property, commercial property, liability, subrogation and auto claims. He recently left his position with USAA and began his career here at Sams. He is a member of the RMPCA and PLRB. David enjoys golfing, water sports, motorcycle riding and skiing. David is based out of Denver, Colorado.
Nicole Kurdziel joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2012 as a Claims Service Representative. In 2015, she was promoted to Claims Service Manager then was relocated to be based out of Chicago, IL for central region development. Nicole graduated Heald College with an Associate in Arts degree in Information Technology with an emphasis on Network Security. Straight out of school, she began working with Servpro in an executive administrative position for the next two years, where she gained experience creating residential/commercial Xactimate sketches/estimates, as well as resolving Xactimate technical issues. Nicole enjoys working out, going to the beach, attending country concerts, cooking, volunteering with animals, and spending time with her favorite companion, her Chihuahua, Brinks. Nicole is based in Chicago.
Jeff DeBenedetto joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2015 as a multiline adjuster for the state of Louisiana. He is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and studied engineering at LSU. Jeff brings with him more than a decade of claims handling experience in providing independent claims representation for multiple clients on residential, commercial and environmental property losses, as well as auto liability claims. Over the years, he has worked multiple catastrophes including hurricanes, tornados, wind & hail storms, flood, and environmental losses including the BP Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico. In the three years prior to joining York / Sams he handled property claims for the State of Louisiana, gaining vast experience in commercial and complex claims. Prior to entering the insurance field as an adjuster, Jeff owned and operated his own commercial and residential home inspection business which focused on helping home buyers when purchasing a new home. He loves spending time with his wife and son as well as enjoying the outdoors, especially fishing. Other hobbies include golf, woodworking and gardening. Jeff is a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge and will be covering the state of Louisiana.
James Jenkins joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2015. James graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming. He began his career in the insurance industry at Farmers Insurance in 2005. He is currently a Haag certified inspector for commercial roof systems. James has extensive experience handling both commercial and residential large complex claims up to one million dollars in exposure. In addition to daily claims handling James has handled catastrophe claims for several large high profile events. These events include hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav, Ike, Irene, Sandy and Tornadoes in Tuscaloosa AL 2011, Joplin MO 2011, and Moore OK 2013. He spends his spare time perfecting his cooking, smoking, and grilling skills while planning his next travel adventure with his family. James is based out of Kansas City, MO.
Chris Loving joined Sams & Associates in 2013 as a property adjuster In Southern California and recently relocated back to his hometown near Kansas City, MO. He started his insurance career in the field with Farmers Insurance in 2005. Chris has worked as an adjuster and claims supervisor on over 5,000 claims across the United States for more than 50 insurance carriers. He has a comprehensive background as a claims adjuster having worked on daily, catastrophe (hurricanes, hailstorms, tornados and fires), liability, and large loss with claims up to a $1 million in exposure. Chris graduated from Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and enjoys playing sports and riding horses. Chris is located near Kansas City, MO and services Kansas City and surrounding areas in both, Missouri and Kansas.
Michael Patterson joined Sams & Associates / York Field Services in 2015 as a property adjuster with over 8 years of claims handling experience. Michael graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He began his career in the insurance industry with Farmers Insurance in 2006. Michael has extensive experience in all aspects of residential property losses ranging from claims handled remotely to claims handled in the field including catastrophe events and large loss exposure claims. Michael was successful not only in claims handling but also in mentoring multiple other adjusters throughout his career as well as serving as a quality assurance auditor for multiple branch claims offices throughout the United States. He spends his spare time with his loving family and friends and enjoys doing anything that involves being outside. Michael is located near the Kansas City area servicing the surrounding areas in both, Missouri and Kansas.
Laura Brower joined Sams & Associates in 2009. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from San Jose State University and began working in the insurance industry out of college. She comes from a family of adjusters and is a true multi-line adjuster. During her time at AAA, she gained extensive experience in claims as an adjuster and supervisor, handling all aspects of personal lines including SIU investigation, litigation and commercial and residential losses. Laura handled catastrophe losses for during the Hurricane Ike storms where she was awarded outstanding performances as one of the top 10 catastrophe adjusters. She is a Certified Xactimate user and earned her Associate in Claims designation. She is an active member in the Northern Nevada Claims Association where she served 2 years as the VP on their board. When she is not working, she enjoys skiing, hiking, art, gardening, interior design and camping with her husband and 2 sons. Laura is licensed in Nevada and California and is based in the Reno, NV area, also serving Northern California.
Lawrence “Craig” Butler joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2015 as a multiline adjuster. After graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1990, Craig spent the next 23 years in the Real Estate, Development and Construction industry where he owned and operated various companies and worked as a broker for various national and regional companies. In 2013, Craig decided to use his vast knowledge of the construction industry to devote his time to the property adjusting field. Since that time Craig has handled hundreds of commercial and residential claims for hail, wind, fire, vandalism and water in multiple states. In his free time, Craig enjoys spending time with his family and friends, volunteering at his church, playing golf and watching college football. Craig handles claims in the Southern Nevada area.
Marisa Adamo joined Sams in 2014 as multi-line Adjuster. She began her career with Whalen Claim Service, a small independent in Flint, MI, and then went on to GAB Flint where she was trained in multi-line claims. She transferred with GAB to Portland, OR, and then moved on to St. Paul Fire and Marine until they were purchased by MetLife in 2000. She moved to American Family Insurance in 2001 and was successful in helping them with property claims when they first arrived in the State of Oregon. Marisa switched to sales for vendors including Marriott ExecuStay for several states. While a worthwhile and great experience, she was ready to get back to handling claims when she joined an independent adjusting firm in 2006. She then was able to join Liberty Northwest as a property adjuster in 2006, and moved internally to Field Investigations in 2008 until the unit was dissolved in 2013. Marisa is excited to be handling independent claims again. Marisa resides near Portland, Oregon.
Colleen Crotty joined Sams & Associates in 2009 as a property adjuster. She has been a claims adjuster for 29 years and spent 25 of those years at a large insurance company. In the previous four years Colleen has worked as an independent adjuster handling property claims. Colleen is a resident adjuster based in Eureka, and covers nothern California and southern Oregon.
Carrie Headington joined Sams and Associates in 2010 as a liability adjuster. She started her career as a personal lines claim representative in Woodland Hills, CA in 1983 with AETNA Insurance. In 1990 she transferred to Eugene, OR to handle a wide variety of commercial lines claims throughout the state. When Travelers merged with Aetna she continued as a commercial claim representative until Travelers closed the Eugene office. Carrie has a claim history of investigation and litigations of all kinds: personal lines, auto, homeowners, commercial lines, trucking, medical malpractice, garage keepers, business owners, product and more. Carrie and her husband live in the country outside Eugene. She owns and shows AQHA/NFQHA horses and rides for trail, roping, sorting and cattle work. Carrie is based in Eugene, Oregon.
Alain Angelos joined Sam’s & Associates in 2015 with 8 years of commercial and personal lines claims experience. Alain attended University of Texas El Paso with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in French. Beginning in early 1990s, he worked as a supervisor for two large volume track home builders in El Paso. In the late 1990s he was introduced to adjusting via a fire loss on a project he was working, which opened a door to interest in adjusting and adjusting software. Alain gained claims experience while working with AIG & a large independent adjusting company as a Multi Lines Adjuster in Texas and New Mexico. Alain is proficient in Xactimate 27.3, 27.5, 28, Symbility, MSB and Simsol. He has worked Hurricane Sandy as CAT team Supervisor, revising losses, and assigning losses. Alain is licensed in Texas and New Mexico as a property and casualty adjuster and is AMCAT Catastrophe licensed. He has taken Vale Training certification classes on policy, property, commercial, casualty adjuster, and his certifications include: appraisal under policy C.N.F.I.P. FEMA Flood and HAAG Roof Inspector. Alain enjoys building /restoring/selling American motorcycles and riding what he builds. Alain is based out El Paso and covers surrounding areas.
Susan Courtney joined Sams & Associates in 2015 as an Assistant Vice President in Texas and Oklahoma. Susan graduated from University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. She started her insurance career as an inside adjuster for Allstate Insurance, working theft and lightning claims for Texas. Susan has worked as an adjuster and claims manager on over 5,000 claims across the United States for multiple clients. She has a comprehensive background as a claims adjuster/manager having worked/supervised daily, catastrophe (hurricanes, hailstorms, tornados and fires), liability, and large loss claims. She has used the following estimating platforms: Xacitimate, Symbility, MSB and Simsol. She enjoys spending time with her twin boys, playing and watching sports, fishing, and enjoys being outside and active. Susan is located in the DFW area and services Texas and Oklahoma.
Lisa Murray joined York Field Services / Sams & Associates in 2015 as a multiline adjuster. She brings with her over 15 years of experience. Lisa has a BS in Psychology from the University of Houston which she earned on a track/cross country scholarship. She also holds an SCLA insurance designation. Her insurance career began in 1999 at Allstate handling liability claims in the personal lines auto unit. In 2004, she joined AIG where she adjusted death and serious injury claims on non-standard personal lines, auto and homeowners policies, on both litigated and non-litigated claims. She was promoted at AIG to a supervisory role. In 2006, Lisa moved to Farmers to assume a supervisory position in the liability department. After Hurricane Ike hit the Houston area in September 2008, Lisa took the opportunity to work in the Farmer’s IKE Catastrophe Customer Service unit that was created specifically to handle complaints regarding the hurricane claims. It was then that she moved to commercial property as a field adjuster in the Houston area. Working remotely from her home, she handled fire, water, vehicle impact, theft, vandalism, loss of business income, wind and hail claims throughout Houston and the surrounding rural areas. She is also trained in evaluating loss of business income claims. She spent 2 weeks onsite in Joplin, MO with Rebuild Joplin rebuilding tornado damaged homes for local residents in 2013. Her property experience includes traveling to numerous catastrophe areas, both in and out of Texas. Lisa enjoys anything outside and/or on the water including backpacking, running, dirt biking, jet skiing, water skiing, and fishing. She has two rescue dogs that she loves to spend time with, as well as a fiancé. She is based in Houston, TX and covers surrounding areas.
Stephen Wade joined Sam’s & Associates in 2015 as a multiline adjuster in Texas. He brings to the table over a decade in claims experience, ranging from independent claims representation for multiple clients on both residential and commercial sides of the field to catastrophe (hurricanes, hailstorms, tornados, and fires) across the United States and Canada. Prior to his work in claims, Stephen worked for a construction consulting firm both in the office and out in the field handling large losses and rebuilding projects. He also worked for the Texas Department of Transportation in the field managing road and bridge construction as well as serving in the office on the civil engineering design side. His education background is in both engineering and aviation. He loves spending time with his wife and three sons. He is an avid pilot. Stephen is an amateur radio operator and enjoys communicating with family and friends. Stephen is based out of Ft. Worth and will be covering surrounding areas.
Joseph DiJulio joined Sams & Associates in 2015 as a property adjuster and brings over 15 years of claims experience and 28 years of insurance related experience. He has handled commercial and personal lines, first party and third party losses, and also has knowledge and experience of underwriting, and policyholder services, working directly for insurance companies as well as independent adjusting companies. Having handled CAT and daily claims between several southern states, New England, and the Pacific Northwest, Joe has become familiar with most of the different types of construction materials, and has become comfortable with researching and resolving some unusual complexities. In Joe’s free time, he enjoys hiking and camping with his dogs, kayaking, skiing, photography and travel. Joe is based out of the greater Seattle, WA area.
Natali Hughes joined Sams and Associates in 2015 as a General Adjuster, bringing her 30 years of claim handling experience. Natali obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and a minor in Business from University of Puget Sound. She began her career as a Multi-Line Adjuster. She has obtained extensive experience handing commercial and residential claims with American States Insurance and St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance, now Travelers. She was a Large Loss Property Field Adjuster with Allstate Insurance for 3 years. Most recently she was a Senior Property Claims Specialist with Liberty Mutual handing commercial property claims. Natali’s experience includes claims involving liability, fire, water and wind losses, concurrent causation as well as Fidelity and Inland Marine. Born and raised in Seattle, she is an avid Seahawks and Mariners fan, enjoys golf, reading crime legal thrillers and spending time with family and friends. Natali is based out of Seattle, WA.
Kevin Kane joined Sams & Associates in 2014 as a property adjuster. He graduated from Northwest College in Kirkland, Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries. His adjusting career began in 1987 as a property claim representative at Aetna Insurance Company. After his time with Aetna, Kevin joined Cigna Insurance where he worked as a Senior Property Claim Representative for six years before joining Allstate Insurance as a Staff Claim Resident Adjuster. Following his time at Allstate, Kevin joined GuideOne Insurance working as a Property Claim Adjuster IV for 15 years. He is Haag Certified and brings over 20 years of adjusting experience to Sams. Kevin is a remote adjuster based in Seattle, WA.
