John Belton returned to Sams & Associates in 2010, handling property and liability claims. He has spent the
last few years working at Fireman’s Fund Insurance as a large loss property adjuster. John handled claims in 12
western states, up to $5 million in exposure. He possesses all of the qualities of a strong adjuster: customer
service skills, effective communication and writing ability.
John attended California State University of Sacramento (CSUS) as a business major. He is CEA Earthquake and FEMA
Flood certified and is well versed in the Xactimate estimating system. He has also attended numerous training
seminars on mold identification and remediation.
